What does weekly service include?

Do I need to be home during service?

No. As long as we have access to your pool area, you don’t need to be home. We’ll lock gates securely and leave everything as we found it.

What if it rains on my service day?

Light rain doesn’t stop us. If weather conditions are unsafe or prevent effective service, we’ll reschedule for the next available day and notify you.

How do you handle chemical balancing?

We test and adjust pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and calcium hardness at every visit. We use professional-grade testing equipment and log all readings in your digital service report.

What happens if my pool has algae?

We offer specialized algae treatment services. Depending on severity, we may recommend a one-time intensive treatment or adjust your regular service plan until the issue is resolved.

Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?

No long-term contracts. Our service is month-to-month. If you need to pause or cancel, just give us 7 days notice.
