Where do you currently service?
We currently focus on Temecula zip codes 92591 and 92592. This concentrated service area allows us to maintain reliable schedules and quick response times for our customers.
Do you offer one-time cleanups?
Yes! We offer green-to-clean services and one-time deep cleans. These are perfect for getting your pool back in shape before starting regular service, or for preparing your pool for a special event.
Can I request a quote online?
Yes — our quote request form is the fastest way to get started. Most quotes are delivered within 24 hours and include flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees.
What does weekly service include?
Our weekly maintenance includes skimming the surface, vacuuming, brushing walls and steps, emptying skimmer and pump baskets, checking and balancing chemicals, and a visual equipment inspection. You’ll receive a digital service report after every visit.
Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as we have access to your pool area, you don’t need to be home. We’ll lock gates securely and leave everything as we found it.
What if it rains on my service day?
Light rain doesn’t stop us. If weather conditions are unsafe or prevent effective service, we’ll reschedule for the next available day and notify you.
How do you handle chemical balancing?
We test and adjust pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and calcium hardness at every visit. We use professional-grade testing equipment and log all readings in your digital service report.
What happens if my pool has algae?
We offer specialized algae treatment services. Depending on severity, we may recommend a one-time intensive treatment or adjust your regular service plan until the issue is resolved.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
No long-term contracts. Our service is month-to-month. If you need to pause or cancel, just give us 7 days notice.
